How to take your supplements...

These instructions are based on Truvy's most commonly utilized weight loss supplement - the Truvy Boost combo, available in both capsule and drink format.
Eat breakfast…and not just any old breakfast.
Eat a healthy lunch.
Eat a healthy dinner.
Drink water.
You must eat!
Move.
Get enough sleep.
Eat breakfast…and not just any old breakfast.
- You want something high in protein to maximize what your Truvy supplements can do in terms of getting your metabolism revved up right away in the morning. Protein is also CRITICAL in maintaining and building muscle mass, which will also only help you in your journey.
- Take one Tru capsule (blue/white) and one Vy Boost capsule (orange/white) (or 1 stick of Truvy Boost Drink) with or after your breakfast and a full glass of water.
- Examples of healthy, high protein breakfasts:
- Truvy Coco or Vava Protein Shake (there are lots of yummy recipes for wonderful smoothies using this shake mix)
- Egg & avocado on toast
- Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt w/ almonds, fresh fruit (or frozen) and a dash of cinnamon
- If you tend to have a sensitive tummy, be sure that you take AFTER you eat.
- START WITH ONE DOSE WITH OR AFTER BREAKFAST ONLY FOR THE FIRST 1-2 DAYS to gauge how your system is adjusting.
Eat a healthy lunch.
- After the first few days, add in the second daily dose. Take one Tru capsule and one Vy Boost capsule (or 1 stick of Truvy Boost Drink) with or after your lunch and a full glass of water.
- Again, if you tend to have a sensitive tummy, be sure that you take AFTER you eat.
- Take your capsule doses at least 3-4 hours, but no more than 6 hours apart.
- Don’t take Tru or Vy Boost any later than 2:00 p.m. so as not to disrupt sleep. Sleep quality is also important to the weight loss journey!
Eat a healthy dinner.
- Some Truvy users take one TruFix capsule or drink at supper time…or…they add this to their regimen if/when they hit a plateau.
Drink water.
- Spread throughout the day. Do not chug!!
- Remember...drink at least 12 fluid ounces with each dose of any Truvy supplements.

You must eat!
- Do not make yourself cut back more than what the pills do to your appetite!
- If you aren't giving your body the fuel it NEEDS, it will resist weight loss and work harder to store fat which is the last thing you want. Don't skip meals.
- Even with a weight loss calorie deficit plan, daily calories should generally never go below 1200 for a woman or 1800 for a man and most should be eating at least 200-300 calories more than that per day depending on your starting weight. If you need help calculating where you should be at for your goals, please ask me. The Truvy Fit app is also an amazing resource for calculating these targets according to your circumstances and goals. Please use it! I promise it will help you reach your goals!
- Healthy protein is key. It feeds your muscles and keeps your metabolism going. It also helps deal with the loose skin that can come with weight loss by supporting hydration and elasticity. Always try to get protein with every meal and snack.
Move.
- Truvy Boost does not require exercise to work; however, exercise is ALWAYS encouraged and will certainly enhance your results…and make you feel even better.
- Truvy Boost also makes most people feel more energized, so…feeling the energy? Listen to your body. Get up and move! Clean the house, take the stairs, go for a walk, pace at your desk...just move!
Get enough sleep.
- Getting the recommended amount of sleep is important to reaching ALL health and wellness goals. Again, some Truvy users take one TruFix capsule before bedtime…or…they add this to their regimen if/when they hit a plateau.
